Features
The upperwings of both sexes are black-brown with metallic purple-blue patches. The underwings of males are brown, with two black spots and metallic blue stripes on the tornal area of each hindwing. Those of females are light brown, with two reddish brown spots and white stripes on the tornal area of each hindwing. Both sexes have two pairs of tails.
Behaviour
Active close to the ground. Caterpillars feed on host plants including Kandelia obovata, Dimocarpus longan, and Litchi chinensis.
