Features
The upperwings of males are metallic blue, costal to marginal areas of forewings are black, while those of females are duller. The underwings are pale brown with several white and dark brown short stripes. On each hindwing, there is a chain of sharp stripes along the margin, and a orange-crowned black ocellus at the tornal area. Both sexes have a pair of tails.
